- National High School Federation Rules
- Open Substitution (DH, EH, Continuous)
- Curtosey Runner for Pitcher & Catcher
- Mound Visits (1) per inning
- Wood Bats (preferred) or BBCOR only
- No New inning after 2 hrs
- Run Rules 12, 10 & 8
- Each Team to provide 2 balls per game (HS Grade/ 1 new 1 used)
