For Safety Sake we are pulling the plug and canceling this event in Tifton.
The threat for heavy rains, flooding & potential severe weather as described to us by Tift County EMA makes postponing this until Next Saturday the best and safest option.
I have posted a report given to us by EMA to follow up what they gave us, feel free to read it. In regards to any Sunday play, please see the below post from this morning.

I’ll call you after lunch, the forecast keeps changing but rain is obvious. I’m fielding calls about possibly playing Sunday but that means playing late and nobody wants that plus if we get that much rain I’m not sure what conditions of fields will be Sunday? Your thoughts are appreciated................

We have rec’d about 9-10 inches of rain so far during the last week or so. Not real sure how much more fields can/could even handle. The forecast was not that good for the entire weekend or early next week. cfs
